As technology and media platforms evolved, so did Digital Media Services. In 1976 Pelco was founded by Joe Pellicano as the first-of-its-kind advertising Distribution Company.

Years later, Joe’s son John founded Duplication Services. In 2007 the companies merged to form a new best of breed advertising, post, and technology company specializing in both short-form and episodic content. Digital Media Services continues that tradition today as a full-service technology company comprised of content management specialists. Let us introduce you to our team!

With over 15 years of advertising and marketing experience, Jeff is responsible for the overall revenue performance of the company. Additionally, he is responsible for development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy, vendor partnerships, and execution. Prior to joining Digital Media Services, Jeff was the SVP of Sales for DG where he worked with Top 100 advertisers, agencies, and marketers in all verticals. Jeff brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to DMS while consistently driving new technology and advancements. Jeff‘s passion outside of the office is music where he has been playing professionally for almost 20 years.

John Pellicano is the President and CEO of Digital Media Services Inc. He is a proud Syracuse University alumnus with over 20 years of production and media industry experience. John also founded Duplication Services which later merged with Pelco. John is a hands-on CEO who always strives to maintain a state-of-the-art production facility, as well as a talented and motivated staff. Many of his clients and team members have been with him from the beginning. John makes it a point to ensure that his clients and staff are happy and that as a company we are always looking towards the future.
default-user Allan Faux – Vice President and General Manager
Allan Faux is our Vice President and General Manager. He joined Digital Media Services in 2007 and during his tenure has helped to facilitate the company’s overall growth initiatives strategy and company expansion into new markets and services. Prior to joining Digital Media Services, Allan was employed by HBO Studio Productions in New York City. Allan held several positions during his 20 year tenure at HBO starting as a Media Librarian, working his way up to managing the entire Duplication Department for all of HBO and Cinemax.  Allan Faux is a graduate of Iona College and enjoys driving classic, vintage cars during his spare time.
default-user John Moshier – Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, John is responsible for managing the technological requirements of the company both today and for the future. Integrating productivity tracking applications, transcoding platforms, storage architectures, media management and global delivery solutions into a comprehensive technology toolkit is always a moving target. John brings over 25 years of technological experience that has crossed several industries including previous positions as VP of IT for First American Title Insurance Company of New York, IT Director for the US division of Leschaco, Inc., and several years as a consultant. John has worked with many different automation systems and architectures consistently bridging the gap between new and emerging technology to drive product innovation. Although tall in stature, John’s agile approach to a dynamic and ever evolving marketplace has been an invaluable resource to DMS and the clients we serve.
default-user Chris Kim – Director of Media Operations
Christopher M. Kim is our Director of Media Operations. Mr. Kim manages our talented team of Broadcast, Episodic, and New Media specialists. Chris comes to DMS via Mercedes-Benz USA, where he held the position of Digital Media Network Technology Lead. There Chris developed and maintained the original digital signage program for an in-dealer experience of over 360 U.S. dealerships which continues to run today. Prior to and during his 10 years at Mercedes-Benz USA, Chris also played a vital role in integrating commercial tagging and uploading of Mercedes-Benz Commercial Spots in-house to achieve efficiency and cost savings for the company and brand. Immediately upon graduating with a Communication Arts degree Chris purchased, owned and operated a successful Printing and Graphic Design company.
default-user Karl Kelemen – Chief Operating Officer 
Karl Kelemen is responsible for the day to day operations of our advertising delivery team and has been with the company since 1994. The NY native has worked in media and TV for all of his professional life. Like most, he started from the bottom and taught himself to be an editor and award-winning producer. Karl has won a Clio Award and was an Emmy nominee. In today’s time sensitive environment Karl brings a cool under pressure approach. He is a people-person and brings a personal touch that is most welcome by his long standing clients. Karl always goes above and beyond to ensure that his client’s expectations are exceeded and instills that approach to every member of his team.
